Refund policy

 

To Start a Return or Exchange please click HERE

We offer a 30 day return widow. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and ideally in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please use the return portal on our website. Here you will be issued with a returns label and refund options. Please enter the order number and email address the order was placed under.

If you are returning from within the UK,  you have the option of an exchange if the item is in stock, shop later store credit or a refund. 

If returning from outside the UK, you will be offered a refund or shop later credit. 

Any refunds will have any shipping costs deducted from the total.  If store credit is selected return shipping is free and you get 10% towards your next purchase as a bonus!

Damaged items or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any customised products such as custom lengths and alterations are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

International Exchanges

If returning from outside the UK, you’ll need to return the item first. Once the return is accepted, store credit is issued so you can make a separate purchase for the new item with 10% towards your next purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at: customersupport@studiosevendesigns.com
