All UK and International packages are sent tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that provides tracking information.

Orders dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) can be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. There is also the potential for customs delays. This is more common in the EU.

Customs fees are unpredictable and unfortunately out of our hands. The buyer is responsible for these fees.

Return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unwashed and unworn, in their original condition.

We offer refunds to the original payment method as well as exchanges subject to availability for UK customers and shop later store credit for international orders.

Without custom length, the inseam of all Lounge Pants is 32 inches.

For Jodie Jeans without custom length, the inseam is 34 inches.

All of our bottoms are available for custom length.

All lounge pants are available for shorter inseam options including length 29", 27" and 25".

The Jodie Jeans are available for shorter inseam options including 32", 30", 29", 27" and 25".

Our Blue and Pink Lila Lounge Pants and White Lazy Daisy Pants are also available for longer inseam options including length 34" and 36".

Custom length orders have a lead time of 2-4 weeks for shorter length orders and 4-6 weeks for longer lengths. Customers will receive an email containing tracking information once these have been shipped.
