We deliver worldwide! Shipping ranges from £5-£20 depending on destination and weight.

Due to fuel surcharges we are currently unable to ship to UAE and the Middle East, we are very sorry for this.

Christmas Order Cut Off Dates - Order before the following dates to arrive in time:

UK Orders: Order by Friday, December 18th for 2nd class delivery.

International orders: Order by Friday, December 11th.

Custom Length Requests: Due to the lead time on our custom length service, we have a cut-off date to complete your alteration request in time for Christmas. 

We request all international custom orders be placed by November 29th to allow time for alterations and shipping. For UK custom length orders we recommend ordering by 4th December.

All UK and International packages are sent tracked. 

We will share tracking information with you as soon as your order ships.

VAT and customs fees are now included for all EU orders. This means orders will no longer experience customs delays or unexpected additional fees on delivery which is great news!

Orders shipped to the US include tariffs, which will be shown at checkout.

Return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unwashed and unworn, in their original condition.

We offer refunds to the original payment method as well as exchanges subject to availability for UK customers and shop later store credit for international orders.

Sale Items - UK Orders

Sale items ordered within the UK may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, subject to availability and provided they are returned within our stated 30-day return timeframe. Items must meet our usual return conditions: unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

Sale Items - International Orders

From November 1st, for the gifting season we are extending the return window from 30-60 days to allow for Christmas returns.

Without custom length, the inseam of all Lounge Pants is 32 inches.

For Jodie Jeans and Emma Jeans without custom length, the inseam is 34 inches. 

From November 1st, every order will be shipped in one of our limited edition Christmas cloth dust bags! These are only available leading up to Christmas. 

Perfect for popping straight under the tree and a little something they can use and love long after Christmas!

All of our bottoms are available for custom length: select the required inseam via the add-on item after selecting your bottoms.

All lounge pants are available for shorter inseam options.

The Jodie Jeans are available for shorter inseam options.

The Emma Jeans are only available for 29''-32'' due to the shape of the barrel.

Our Pink Lila Lounge Pants are also available for longer inseam options: 34'' and 36''

Custom length orders have a lead time of 2-4 weeks. Customers will receive an email containing tracking information once these have been shipped.

We would recommend a cool wash and line dry to prevent any shrinkage.
